Cycling through The Hague, Scheveningen and Voorburg

From your starting point in the heart of The Hague, you first drive past the monumental buildings on the Herengracht. You drive right past the Binnenhof and the Grote or Sint-Jacobskerk to the Westduinpark. In this varied nature reserve with dense forests, open plains and steep slopes you will find viewpoints of more than 30 meters high. Then you arrive in picturesque Scheveningen along the Tweede Haven, now a popular tourist attraction. Near the Scheveningse Bosjes, take a break at ZOT zee on table, where you can enjoy fresh fish. You pass your starting point again and continue your tour through the Haagsche Bosch to the Nieuwe Veenmolen. Once you have crossed the highway, you can get off in Voorburg at Buitenplaats Hofwijck, purchased in 1639 by Constantijn Huygens.
