Description
Your route starts at Hudson Voorschoten. You will immediately see many beautiful old buildings here in Voorschoten, what a nice start to your route! Then you will discover even more beautiful history when you walk onto the Royal Estate de Horsten. This estate has clearly been designed with only one purpose: to please the eye. And that turned out very well, what a beautiful environment! You will also see Huis Ter Horst here. The castle was destroyed in the years 1393 and 1420, now you will find a hunting lodge dating from 1838, which was built on behalf of Prince Frederik. It is located next to the home of Willem-Alexander and Máxima! After a stopover at your starting point you can continue the route, then take a nice walk along De Vliet.
