Welcome to Route 55+ in the Municipality of Sluis

During this bike tour you can visit a number of cultural heritages that our municipality has.

There are also plenty of terraces and picnic areas along the way where you can relax.

Various websites are mentioned, here you can easily see whether a location is open on the day you want to cycle.

On the route you will pass the following cultural heritage sites:

- You won't pass by right away, but you can see it from far and wide; the Breskens Lighthouse !
- Bunkerpark Groede Podium - TIP: every Thursday there are bunker walks led by a guide. Register in advance via https://www.groedepodium.nl/bunkertocht
- In Groede village you can visit the Grote Kerk and the'museumstraatje\\\' The Flemish Heritage .
- Near Schoondijke there is the Het Klinket Agricultural Museum with constantly changing exhibitions
- In Breskens, a visit to the Fisheries Museum is certainly worthwhile

- There are several terraces on the coast, in Groede and Breskens, where you can sit comfortably

- Between Nieuwvliet and Oostburg there is a wonderful stop at the tea garden In de Morelleput https://www.indemorelleput.nl/
