Walk through the vast peat area of the Bargerveen and be surprised by the peat landscape, the fens and the many birds that can be heard and seen. At node 49 there is a watchtower that shows you the whole of Bargerveen. Learn more about the history of the concessions for the NAM and the marking of the border with Germany.
