Cycling around Veghel

You can take a beautiful tour around Veghel in Brabant through nature and characteristic villages. The route starts on the edge of Erp. In the old village center you will see the former town hall from 1791 and the Sint-Servatius Church, a water management church from 1844. You cross the Aa, after which you cycle through Keldonk and Zijtaart. In Eerde you pass the pleasant village square, further on you pass the Sint-Antonius mill from 1884. Just after junction 2 you drive through the Wijboschbroek, a remnant of the poplar landscape that was so characteristic of this region during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. At Next Lunch & Eetcafé it is time for a delicious meal, after which you cycle to Mariaheide. Here you pass the village church from 1912 and the former St. Nicholas Monastery.
