Cycling around Veghel

Around the Brabant Veghel you make a beautiful trip through nature and characteristic villages. The route starts on the edge of Erp. In the old village center you see, among other things, the former town hall from 1791 and the Sint-Servatius church, a water board church from 1844. You cross the Aa, after which you cycle through Keldonk and Zijtaart. In Eerde you pass the cozy village square, further on you come along the Sint-Antonius mill from 1884. Just after junction 2 you cycle through the Wijboschbroek, a remnant of the poplar landscape that was so characteristic of this region during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. At Naast Lunch & Eetcafé it is time for a delicious meal, after which you cycle to Mariaheide. Here you pass the village church from 1912 and the former Sint-Nicolaasklooster.
