Tour of South Limburg

Between Valkenburg and Vaals you will experience the charm of the South Limburg Heuvelland. First you cycle your legs loose in the Vijlenerbos. In Bommerig you see old half-timbered houses and you have a beautiful view over the Geuldal. Via Mechelen you then drive to Gulpen. You will see many monumental buildings here. Just before junction 68 you drive through one of the reserves that have been set up especially for the endangered grub wolf. Further on you drive through picturesque Valkenburg, after which you cycle through the equally beautiful Geul valley. Here you see Castle Schaloen, among other things. The last part of the route you drive through the German Orsbach. Lemiers is partly located in Germany, partly in the Netherlands. The old center enjoys a protected village view. Back at Lodge you'll probably want a nice meal!
