Horstertocht forest walk

The starting point is from the Flitsbrug over the"Blauwe Diamant\\\" This bridge can be reached via the Flemish Gaai.
From the Flitsbrug you walk along the water on the Flitspad. This path is on the other side of the water along the Spiekweg (on the map the route goes over the Fitislaan). You walk to the intersection of water where you walk under the Spiekweg into the forest. A very large part of this walk is on good unpaved paths. Along these trails you will pass game observation posts where you can climb to enjoy the beautiful view and maybe spot some game. Eventually you will return to the paved path and head towards Camping De Parel. After you have the access road to De Parel on your left, immediately after the water the Horstertocht turn right into the woods again, where you keep left past nature horse paradise horse pension and Camping Het Groene Bos. At the end of the forest path, turn right onto the Groenewoudseweg and you will see the Flitsbrug again at the end. Watch out when crossing the Spiekweg!!
