Description
Discover the charm of the Heuvelland and Maastricht. First, you drive to the picturesque Geul Valley. Historic buildings, beautiful nature: you will experience it all here. Via Valkenburg, you descend to the south. You pass the Van Tienhoven Mill from 1855; it is the only mill in the Netherlands built entirely of marl. Via Gronsveld, you drive to Eijsden, where you cross the Meuse. After a short stretch through Belgium, Maastricht awaits you, the Limburg pearl on the Meuse. You will have to dismount regularly to enjoy the atmosphere and the old buildings. And to take photos.
