Walk on Wallsteijn

Want to take a walk just before or after dinner? Then you are in the right place with this route about Landgoed Wallsteijn. This estate was built in 1800 by Frederik van de Wall, mayor of Zundert. You walk a bit on the Spiegeldreef, which is tapered on purpose, so that it looks longer than it is. With a bit of luck you can hear one of the nightingales singing on the estate. Just before you turn, you can take a look at the Spiegelvijver. Further on you walk through the open hall forest. This forest owes its name to the straight trunks and the closed canopy that give the impression of a large hall. You will also pass a hunting dome and a baking house. The route ends at't Pannehûske.
