Walking through the Rivierenland near Kerkdriel

It is nice to walk in Rivierenland. This route takes you along quiet roads along meadows, rows of trees and orchards. It is wonderfully quiet here, ideal for relaxing. During the spring bloom, your walk is extra colorful and fragrant! About halfway you walk through Velddriel. Here you see the Sint-Martinuskerk from 1953, the building is a national monument. A little further on is a striking white villa from 1850. From 1905 until the 1970s, this building functioned as a convent of the Sisters of Charity. It then housed a cult for ten years. You walk the last part of your route through the atmospheric Kerkdriel. Here you will also pass some characteristic and historic buildings. The route ends at EuroParcs Resort Aan De Maas.
