Description
Route over and along the IJsseldijk, first on the Overijssel side, back along the Gelderland side. On the way there, cross the IJssel with the ferry in Wijhe (approx. 1 euro per person rate 2021) and on the way back take the cycle path along the railway bridge at Zwolle. Because of the extensive floodplains that have been released to nature. Beautiful for those who love peace, spacious meadows and birds. Photos are from a beautiful day in February.
