Tour of Valkenburg

From Dormio Resort Maastricht you cycle through the center of Maastricht via the St. Servaas Bridge to Wyck. Once out of the center you cycle past the fields of Amby, on the edge of Maastricht towards Rothem. After a short climb; the Olieberg you cycle via a beautiful asphalted cycle path through the forest towards Geulhem. Here you will pass Uitspanning de Nachtegaal and Camping't Geuldal. If you follow the road towards Valkenburg center you will pass Chateau St. Gerlach, a beautiful domain. From the center you take the Daalhemerweg up and then cycle through the beautiful open fields of Wolfshuis and Gasthuis, past the marl excavations of't Rooth and back towards the center of Maastricht.
