Parkstad Limburg, South Limburg, the whole of Limburg is very proud of this!<br/> This border route follows the course of the river Worm, which originates in Aachen. The river flows in a northerly direction through the municipality of Würselen, Herzogenrath, Übach-Palenberg, Geilenkirchen and Heinsberg and finally flows into the Rur. From Herzogenrath to Übach-Palenberg, the river acts as a border river with the Dutch municipalities of Kerkrade and Landgraaf. This route starts from the parking lot at Rolduc Abbey (Heyendallaan 82 in Kerkrade). The cross-border junction system makes it easy to find your way.
