day 7 DG 23A Utrecht via Vianen, Buren to Wijk bij D. 50km

START: from the berth to the other side of the Amsterdam-Rijkkanaal.

You then cycle from Knpt 51 to 73.

Follow the Node List. Along the way, among other things:

At Knpt 74 you cross the Merwedekanaal and between 72 and 71 you cycle around Fort Jutphaas.

At Knpt 16 you have crossed the Lekkanaal

Past Vreeswijk (Knpt 17) to Knpt 20. Here take the foot-bicycle ferry across the Lek to Vianen (EUR 1.25 and only payable with PIN).

If the Vreeswijk-Vianen ferry is out of service, you cycle as follows from Knpt 15

(via Tull and't Waal to Culemborg):

15 - 16 - 3 - 14 - 18 - 51 - 52 - (Culemborg Ferry EUR1.10) - 42.

At junction 42 you continue with the junction list.

You cycle through Vianen (Knpt 10) and further along the Lekdijk to Everdingen (Knpt 13).

At Knpt 40 you pass Fort Goilberdingen and a little further on the Werk aan het Spoel.

If you continue to follow the dike you will arrive in Culemborg (Knpt 42).

Via Beusichem (Knpt 35), Zoelmond and Asch you arrive in the Oranjestadje Buren (Knpt 65-64).

From Knpt 64 you cycle back to 65 and further to Knpt 70.

At Rijswijk you cross the Amsterdam-Rhine Canal at the Marijkesluis. Continue to Knpt 37.

FINISH: from Knpt 37 you cycle towards Wijk bij Duurstede. You cross the Lower Rhine with the Wijkse Veer (EUR0.90).

When you leave the ferry, immediately take the cycle path to the RIGHT.

Follow the cycle path along the dike until you reach the harbor of Wijk bij Duurstede (diagonally behind you you will see the Ruysdael Mill).
