Tour Bronkhorst from Hengelo

Your cycling route starts at Hengelo in Gelderland. It is wonderfully quiet in the polders around Steenderen, Toldijk and Baak. In Toldijk you can take a coffee break at Café Restaurant Den Bremer. Bronkhorst likes to profile itself as the smallest town in the Netherlands. Anyway, it is certainly one of the most beautiful towns! In the IJsselvallei, the kilometers seem to pass under your wheels. It is wonderful to cycle through the flowery floodplains. From the dike you have a beautiful view over the water. And you see the Veluwezoom rising up on the other side of the water. A mighty view. You drive back through the Kieftskamp Estate, a beautiful rural area with many old trees, an 18th century country house and historic farms.
