Description
The walk goes along the water of De Banen, a sand extraction site in the northern tip of Limburg near Ottersum. You can choose to walk closer to the water. (This is not visible in the map of this app). After the 2nd point on the route with nr 21.7326.0069 you can turn right and follow a path along the water, further on it bends back to the straight path.
The forests are part of the German Reichswald with a lot of variety and hilly terrain, so there is an occasional climb or descent in the route. All in all it is a nice versatile walk.
You can park at the end of the Leembaan.
