Tour of Klarenbeek and Zutphen from the Veluwe

Your cycle route starts at Camping De Vinkenkamp, on the edge of the Veluwe. One of the most beautiful sights in the area is Landgoed en Huize Klarenbeek, an eighteenth-century country estate. On the estate there is a beautiful house, two service buildings and a (former) coach house, surrounded by a large garden in English landscape style. Take a moment to enjoy the historic atmosphere in Zutphen. This Hanseatic town has one of the best preserved old town centers in the Netherlands. In the floodplains of the IJssel valley you drive through a mix of flowery grasslands and streams. You will pass Kasteel Reuversweerd, a country house from 1830. At Landgoed Leusveld you will see Observation Post Kiekuut, made of local wood. In Hall you pass the Sint Ludger, a beautiful church from the Middle Ages.
