Klarenbeek and Zutphen tour from the Veluwe

Your cycling route starts at Camping De Vinkenkamp, on the edge of the Veluwe. One of the most beautiful sights in the area is the Klarenbeek Estate and House, an eighteenth-century country estate. The estate features a magnificent house, two service buildings, and a (former) coach house, surrounded by a large English landscape garden. Take a moment to soak up the historic atmosphere of Zutphen. This Hanseatic town boasts one of the best-preserved old town centers in the Netherlands. In the floodplains of the IJssel Valley, you'll cycle through a mix of flower-filled meadows and streams. You'll pass Reuversweerd Castle, a country house dating back to 1830. On the Leusveld Estate, you'll see the Kiekuut Observation Post, made of local wood. In Hall, you'll pass St. Ludger Church, a beautiful medieval church.
