Description
First you walk to the Zoetermeerse Plas, a former sand extraction area. Get a breath of fresh air and enjoy the views and the tranquility! Then you walk along the Noordhovense Plas. It's nice and quiet walking here, ideal to shake off the everyday routine. From the dam between the shore and a few houses you walk along the Benthuizerplas. You can spot many birds here. The Bentwoud is a young forest in which space has also been made for flowery grasslands and marsh. With over 800 hectares, this is the largest contiguous forest area in the Randstad!
