Description
First you walk to the Zoetermeerse Plas, a former sand extraction area. Get some fresh air and enjoy the views and the peace and quiet! Then you walk along the Noordhovense Plas. It is nice and quiet walking here, ideal for shaking off the everyday routine. From the dam between the bank and a few houses you walk along the Benthuizerplas. You can spot many birds here. The Bentwoud is a young forest in which space has also been made for flower-rich grasslands and swamps. With over 800 hectares, this is the largest contiguous forest area in the Randstad!
