Description

Renswoude once arose around Renswoude Castle, around 1400. Renswoude is located in the Gelderse Valley and on the Valleikanaal. The Grebbe Line National Monument runs along that canal. The cycle route also takes you to Woudenberg and Doorn. The Utrechtse Heuvelrug has rightly been declared a National Park. The most characteristic feature of this area is a large moraine. The park also contains beautiful forests, heathlands and drifting sands.
