Tour of Leudal

This route takes you through the Leudal nature reserve, an area west of the Maas in Central Limburg. The Leudal nature reserve is intersected by the meandering Tungelroyse Beek, locally called the Leubeek. In the Leudal you will find a variety of wet and dry forests, beautiful stream valleys, forest fens and inland dunes. In spring, beautiful carpets of flowers color the forest floor. In addition to natural beauty, the route also includes the Leumolen or St. Ursulamolen, an ancient watermill on the Leubeek.
