Tour of Zwanenwater and Pettemerduinen from Sint Maartenszee

With this walk you can get a breath of fresh air by the sea. You will also pass through nature reserve De Pettemerduinen. After you have put on your walking shoes, you will soon walk into the Pettemerduinen. It is a sheltered walk in the bushes here. What an impressive silence! From high dune tops you have beautiful views. In the season you can see many pink and purple orchids blooming in the wet dune valleys. Halfway through the route you walk a long way on the beach. Get a breath of fresh air with the sound of the surf, wonderful! You also walk along the Zwanenwater nature reserve. On one side are the dunes, on the other side of the road you see the vast bulb fields. How beautiful it is here!
