Picnic route De Hallen, Vondelpark and Rembrandtpark

The starting point of this walking route is the 4-star Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark, directly at the Rembrandtpark. On the 17th floor you will find Skybar, Restaurant and Rooftop Terrace Floor17. At 85 meters high, this is the highest terrace in Amsterdam! From here you walk through Amsterdam West to De Hallen Amsterdam, located in an old tram depot from 1901. It is now a vibrant center of media, fashion, culture, catering and crafts, where you will find the popular Foodhallen, among others. Then have a picnic in the Vondelpark, landscaped by landscape architect LD Zocher (1865). Also take a look at the rosarium with 70 varieties of roses. You walk back through the Rembrandt Park with'de Uylenburg\\\', the oldest petting zoo in Amsterdam.
