Description
This route leads us to the beautiful west side of the Groene Hart over narrow roads through the polder landscape. The tour heads towards the Vlietland recreation area and Vogelplas Starrevaart. Along the way I spotted many meadow birds including the godwit, storks, gray goose and curlews. The"\\\'Vogelknip\\\" bird watching hut is located around junction 94. From this hut you can enjoy the many birds on Vogelplas de Starrevaart, such as waders and various ducks. Black-headed gulls breed on the shell island next to the hut.
