Maas dike route Heumen to Maasbommel and back,

From Heumen along the Gelderse Maas bank to Batenburg and Maasbommel, due to the Corona vicissitudes it is not possible to take the small foot ferries. Beautiful river views, beautiful mills along the route and occasionally sit down on a bench to enjoy the landscape. The many excavations, now beautiful recreational lakes, are heavily used and provide extra variety to the route. Enough restaurants to have a drink. We cycle back along the Brabant side and pass very nice places to have lunch and enjoy the surroundings. A highly recommended tour.
