Cycling through and around Ens

When the Zuiderzee was drained, the Netherlands gained an extra province that lies approximately five meters below sea level: Flevoland. The province is mainly characterized by large open spaces and a strict layout, which makes the youngest province of the Netherlands look"more modern\\\" than the other provinces. Flevoland consists of two parts, the Noordoostpolder and the largest artificial island in the world, the Flevopolder. The route takes you on a journey of discovery through the southern part of the Noordoostpolder, with its tight plots and straight ditches.
