Description

This cycling route starts with a cup of coffee at De Toren Eten & Drinken. From here you can take a beautiful tour past various windmills. Windlust mill in Vorstenbosch is a white belt mill that was built in 1860. Until 1950, the mill in the village center was used as a flour mill, but now two volunteer millers work here. In Uden you will see a post mill from 1811, Molen van Jetten, which was captured on canvas by Piet Mondriaan. For example, malt is ground here to distill gin and whisky. Standerdmolen Windlust in Nistelrode was originally built in 1532. The mill is decorated with eight-pointed stars on the case. The mill is open to visitors on Sunday mornings. You will also discover Uden, a beautiful place with a special location on the Peel Edge Fault.
