This walk is actually a walk for beginners, for people who don't want to take too many risks and don't really want to leave civilization. If the weather is dry, you can even start with a pram. Keep in mind that you have to cross an earthen field road. The Toep walk makes a loop around the center of Nederbrakel and leads us via local roads and easily accessible footpaths - there is one piece of dirt road in the middle of the fields - to two higher points from where you can look out over the center and the surroundings: the Valkenberg on on one side, the Toepheuvel with the Toepkapel on the other side. After which we descend again to the center, to the Market Square. There is a market there on Wednesday morning. Keep this in mind if you want to leave your car there. The recognized tourist information office is located on the same Market Square, next to the town hall. The starting point of this walk is at the starting panel which is located between the church and the monument of the war victims. You will find clear signs all over the course to ensure that you do not get lost.
