Description
This is one of my favorite routes from Utrecht. A nice tour with start and end point Utrecht station along Maarsseveen, Tienhoven, Maarssen and Oud-Zuilen. You pass through greenery, past fortresses, windmills, lake area and along the Vecht and Slot Zuylen. And there are plenty of places to eat along the way. In Tienhoven, at junction 49, I sometimes cycle another 2.5 kilometers up the Dwarsdijk towards Hollandsche Rading and back. That is such a beautiful piece. You can of course also continue cycling here and take a different route back to Utrecht.
