Description
This varied route first takes you to Hoorn, the beautiful old port town. You will still see many monumental buildings here that remind you of the special history of Hoorn. Further on you drive through Blokker, a picturesque village. You pass the Krijgsman, a mill from 1862. The route takes you through Hoogkarspel, Grootebroek and Bovenkarspel, after which you cycle a bit through Enkhuizen. Here too you will find many traces of a rich history. The last part of the route takes you past the West Frisian bulb fields. The route ends in Schellinkhout, where you can admire the old church and the town hall.
