You continue walking past Zwaluwenburg Castle. The estate dates from the fourteenth century, but the current castle was only built in 1728.

Painting village Nunspeet
Nunspeet is located at the junction of the wooded Veluwe massif and the Veluwemeer. The landscape surrounding the village is a picturesque mix of meadows, hedgerows and old farms. Nunspeet has been an artists' village for over a century. At the end of the nineteenth century, several painters captured farm life here. There are still relatively many painters living in and around the inspiring surroundings of the village. On this bike tour you ride straight through the village.
