Introduction
Incomprehensible: you deliver high-quality research, your students love you, your colleagues are happy with you and yet you have to leave. The use of temporary contracts has been standard personnel policy in the academic world for years.Opening of the Academic Year: the Tour of Academics. The FNV works together with the AOb and WOinActie to truly recognize and appreciate university staff.
It is a waste of valuable talent, it increases the already abnormally high workload, fuels infighting and creates social insecurity. Talented staff are sent away time and time again, forcing them to move from university to university as nomads.

During the opening of the Academic Year we cycle the'Tour of Academics\\\' between universities. Cycle part of the route or wave goodbye to your expelled colleagues. Get moving because you see yourself forced to move (again) to the next temporary appointment or to support your colleagues with temporary appointments.
