Flower bulb and beach route Callantsoog

Smells and colors This route takes you past the beautiful, scented and colored bulb fields in the Kop van Noord-Holland. The fields are the most beautiful in the period from mid-April to mid-May, depending entirely on the weather, of course. Zwanenwater The route starts at the VVV Callantsoog and takes you past Het Zwanenwater Nature Reserve. Here the route can be extended with a walk through this beautiful dune reserve of 2 or 4.5 kilometers. Fluwel\\\'s Tulpenland The first coffee stop is possible at Fluwel\\\'s Tulpenland in Sint Maartenszee. In this special theme park you will learn everything about the tulip. (open from the end of March to the end of October) Here you can enjoy fresh tulips every day and the beautiful show gardens. Beach or bulb fields? The route takes you to Sint Maartenszee, where you can make a stopover at De Goudvis amusement park. Here you can choose whether to follow the route via the cycle path located next to the Westerweg or whether you want to stroll along the beach and make a stop at one of the cozy beach pavilions. Eventually you will return to the starting point in Callantsoog. Enjoy!
