Discover the highlights of Northeast Twente

Your route starts at Streekrestaurant't Sterrebos. From here you cycle to Ootmarsum and further, in the direction of the German border at Nordhorn. You cycle for miles through nature: the forests and stream valleys seem endless here. Along the way you will also discover historical places such as Havezate Brecklenkamp. Denekamp is one of the largest villages in this region, where many old traditions such as klootschieten (a kind of bowling ball) and midwinter horn blowing have been preserved. Landgoed Singraven is a well-known attraction in this region. Here you will find an old manor house, a coach house from 1868, various tenant farms and a water mill. Visit Huis Singraven and admire the interior that still looks exactly the same as it used to or take a look at De Molen van Singraven (the windmill of Singraven).
