You start this route in the Delftse Hout city park. Through the greenery you enter Delft with its historic city center. Dismount for a moment to fully enjoy the special atmosphere before heading back into nature. You pass through the Bieslandse Bos and the Balijbos with its beech, alder and watercourses. From junction 29 you drive along the Groenzoom. This nature reserve was opened in 2016, after the agricultural lands had been redesigned. At Muller&Co Berkel en Rodenrijs you can enjoy a leisurely lunch, after which you drive via Bergschenhoek to De Rotte, the peat river to which Rotterdam owes its name. It is wonderfully peaceful to cycle along this meandering watercourse. You cycle back to the starting point via the Lage Bergse Bos and the Ackerdijkse Plassen.
