Around Alphen aan den Rijn you can cycle quietly through the vast landscape. From the TOP you quickly reach Boskoop, after which you drive along quiet paths to the Rietveldse Mill. This polder mill dates back to 1648. In the picturesque Koudekerk aan den Rijn you cross the Oude Rijn, after which you cycle through the polders to Woubrugge. You drive a few kilometers along the banks of the Braassemermeer, and in Leimuiden you can get off at Prik & Proost for a delicious lunch on the cozy terrace. Continue along the Drecht towards Langeraar. You cycle along the old Kerkpad between the Langeraarse Plassen. There is a lookout tower on Papen Island that offers you a beautiful panorama. You cycle back to the TOP via Aarlanderveen and Zwammerdam.
