Tour of Ouddorp from Voorne-Putten

Your cycle route starts at Strand- en Eetcafé Boelies, on Voorne-Putten. From here you cycle to Goeree-Overflakkee, on the other side of the Haringviet. The Haringvlietdam marks the boundary between fresh and salt water. It was built in 1971 and spans 4.5 kilometers. On Goeree-Overflakkee you follow the coast to the west, you cycle past the Kwade Hoek nature reserve. Get off in the cozy Ouddorp, a characteristic Zeeland village. Goedereede is also a surprisingly beautiful monumental town. The striking tower from 1512 is a church tower, but was also used as a lighthouse until 1912. The large village church dates from 1708. At the Haven you see many houses from the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. You cycle back to your starting point via the Stellendam harbor and the Haringvlietdam.
