During this educational and fun walk through the treetops you have beautiful views of the wooded area.

Orvelte Open Air Museum
Gieten, Grolloo, Gasselte: you will find beautiful monumental buildings, such as the thirteenth-century church in Gasselte. Orvelte, which is over a thousand years old, also houses many historical sights. It is not without reason that it scores high on lists of the most beautiful Dutch villages. In a number of old buildings, people show - sometimes for a fee - how, for example, sawyers, blacksmiths and glassblowers lived and worked in the past. Extra nice: Orvelte is car-free!
