Enjoy a tour in “The Garden of Brabant”

At Koffie- en Teaschenkerij De Noenes you can first enjoy a cozy terrace before you drive into the Brabant countryside. Here you cycle through a mosaic of small plots of forest, meadows and fields. You also cross the Essche Stroom twice, a river of 7 kilometers. Dismount for a moment and enjoy the view over the rippling water and the flower-rich banks. The route also takes you through a number of characteristic Brabant villages and hamlets, such as Esch. Here you will see some beautiful thatched long-gable farmhouses. At junction 82 you can take a look at the old Nemerlaer Castle, a thirteenth-century castle surrounded by a moat. In Haaren you can see the Old Tower from 1427. The accompanying church collapsed in 1780.
