Cycling at Dinxperlo and Gendringen

During the first part of the route you will stretch your legs while looking out over the rippling water of the Oude IJssel. This river originates in Germany and flows into the IJssel in Doesburg. There is a lookout tower along the path, from the top you have a beautiful panorama. At Ulft you cross the river, after which you cross the Achterhoek landscape. You will pass the Antonius Chapel, which originally dates from 1662. Just past Sinderen you cross the Keizersbeek. A little later you drive into the border village of Dinxperlo, where you will see the beautiful St. Liborius Church. You cycle a bit along the German bank of the Aa-Strang, on the other side is the Netherlands. Further on you cross the Oude IJssel and drive back to Camping't Zwaantje.
