A route along the rich past of the picturesque Limburg village of Baarlo. Via the Maas you start the route in a northerly direction. Along the way you have beautiful views over the Maas, that is really enjoyable! Via Blerick and Venlo you cycle to Arcen. Along the way, get off at the various castles you pass, it is not called the castle route for nothing! Take the ferry at Arcen to cross the Maas and then continue the route along the Maas in a southerly direction. While cycling you will discover how beautiful this area in Limburg is. Enjoy the beautiful views along the way.
