Description
Rural route, from large parking lot first north-west, largely along water. Then north, towards the coast through open landscape. Then west along the Wadden coast. Then gradually return south-east through agricultural areas. Nice end through the center of Leeuwarden.
(Can be done in both directions, depending on the wind that is always present here).
BEWARE: due to errors in the Route Planner, the route appears to be 118 km, but it is only 70 km. Skip the repeats junction 4-36 (at Wyns and Stiens). Go directly from junction 30 (Wyns) to junction 31 (Burdaard) along the south side of the Dokkumer EE
