Description
This cycle route runs over the Leusderheide and the Vuursche Heide between Soest, Soesterberg, Bilthoven and Zeist. Heaths, open sandy plains and deciduous and coniferous forests alternate in a gently sloping landscape. Along the way you will pass a number of special sights, such as De Hooge Vuursche Castle and Soestdijk Palace. You will also cycle past impressive estates and country estates, such as the Roverestein estate. The historic country estate was founded in 1885 and is protected as a national monumental complex. Enjoy nature and the tranquility around you.
