Cycling through Central Limburg? Yes correct! Because this area has many beautiful things to offer, such as varied nature reserves and historic villages. Also important: in Central Limburg you will still find that almost old-fashioned peace and quiet.
Between the Dutch Weert and the Belgian Maaseik lies a unique nature reserve: Kempen-Broek. In this border park you drive through a series of different landscapes. There are still many beautiful old farms in rural Central Limburg. The village of Thorn is surprisingly rich in monumental buildings. Because most of them have a white facade, Thorn is also known as the white village. There are three special watermills along the route.
