Tour of Oude Buisse Heide, Mastbos and Mark

Your route starts in the beautiful Markdal. The Mark has been meandering here again since 2004. You cycle close to reed collars and flowery grasslands while looking out over the rippling water. From here you cross to Zundert, Van Gogh's birthplace. A little further on you drive onto the Oude Buisse Heide, an estate that consists of a mix of forest and small-scale agricultural land. The poet Henriette Roland Holst liked to be inspired by this beautiful landscape. Many celebrities came to visit. You will also discover the Mastbos, from the sixteenth century. The forest is extremely valuable, like a natural museum.
