Tour of the woods near Breda

From your starting point you cycle through the Chaamse Bossen. The sand drifts, wet heath and fens here are planted with Scots pine. Then you cycle along Chaam through the hamlets of Dassemus and Kalishoek to the Strijbeekse Heide, past the fens Zwarte Goor and Langven. Here you will find a beautiful mix of fragrant conifers, fens and heathland. You will automatically arrive in the beautiful Markdal. The Mark has been meandering here again since 2004. You cycle close to reed collars and flowery grasslands while looking out over the rippling water. The Mastbos, a little further away, dates from the sixteenth century. The forest is extremely valuable, like a natural museum.
