Schouwen-Duiveland, Zeeland, The Netherlands
Cycling route: 147902

Explore the north of Schouwen-Duiveland during this route. You start this route at Beach restaurant Our Seaside. Enjoy a snack and a drink here while looking over the North Sea. Then you cycle towards Brouwershaven. The Grevelingen used to be an estuary of the North Sea. With the Grevelingendam and the Brouwersdam, the Grevelingen was closed off from the sea and the Grevelingenmeer became a fact. Fjord horses and cows graze on the Hompelvoet - an uninhabited island in the Grevelingenmeer. You can take a look at windmill De Haan, which was built in 1724. A little later you can rest at Moeders on the market in Brouwershaven. You can then continue the route to Ellemeet and Renesse, and then cycle back to the starting point.
Below you will find various suggestions for breaks that you can visit during your route. These are divided into different categories, making it easy for you to choose.
