Insect populations are declining dramatically in the Netherlands. That is why every year in the municipality of Renkum, more than 10 km"field edges\\\" are sown with flower mixtures that have been established to improve biodiversity for the benefit of flora and fauna. This of course also produces beautiful nature that is more than worth the sight.
