Cycling route: 143813
Provided by: Groots Genieten
On this ride you can enjoy the views and beautiful little villages. Only the stone body of the De Hoop mill (hull/remains) remains. The windmill was built in 1850 and served as a bark mill and later as a corn mill. Belt mill De Vooruitgang was built in 1913. Vineyard De Daalgaard is one of the oldest vineyards in the Netherlands, established in 1991 in a sheltered location on the Maas. In Cuijk you will find Museum Ceuclum in the tower of the former Sint-Martinus church, which was demolished in 1915. There is a permanent exhibition about the history of Cuijk. Climb the tower with spiral staircases and wooden ladders: here you have a beautiful view of Cuijk and the surrounding area.
