From Delft to Schiedam and back

A comfortable ride between Delft and Schiedam in a perfect mix of polders and urban areas of valuable historical value. It starts from the Abtswoudsebrug, just south of Zuidkolk, the Delft marina on the southern border of the historic center, and proceeds south along the Schie river. As soon as you exit the urban area of ??Delft Zuid you cross the natural area of ??the Abtswoudse Bos and proceed south towards Schiedam. Before its urban area, you go along the Prinses Beatrixpark and then you arrive in the historic center of Schiedam. Here you can visit the city museum, the Jenevier museum, a typical product of the city and the historic mills in series along the canals. In the historical center you will obviously also have the opportunity for shopping or to relax in a bar or restaurant.
