You start this route on the edge of Landgoed Lankheet. Here you cycle through an old farm landscape with ash trees, hedgerows, heaths and vast forests. After the village of Loo you pass the Mallumse Molen, a water mill from 1748 on the river Berkel. The Muldershuis and the lock are also a nice attraction. In Eibergen you pass the Oude Mattheüskerk from 1500. Further on is the Nieuwe Mattheüskerk from 1935. At Hof van Eckberge you can get off for a snack and a drink before cycling on low-traffic roads to Haarlo. The monumental octagonal church from 1858 is called De Kluntjespot (sugar bowl) by the residents.
